Why don’t my unused subscription credits roll over anymore?

Previously, unused subscription credits could roll over up to 5× your monthly allowance. To simplify our plans and keep them consistent, we’re discontinuing the rollover policy.

From October 22, 2025, any unused subscription credits will expire at the end of each billing period. Each new billing cycle starts fresh with your monthly credit allowance.

What happens if I already have a subscription with rollover?

If you’re an existing subscriber, your current rollover credits remain valid as long as you keep your subscription unchanged.

• If you cancel and later resubscribe,

• If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, or

• If you make any changes to your subscription,

then the new policy applies immediately, and unused credits will expire at the end of each billing period.

What are my options if I don’t use all my credits?

• Downgrade anytime: If you often end the month with credits left, you can downgrade your plan. The new credit allowance will take effect at your next billing date (note: this will switch you to the new no-rollover policy).

• Purchase Pay-as-you-go: Pay-as-you-go credits never expire, so they’re a great option if your usage varies. You can also combine them with a subscription—subscription credits are used first, and your Pay-as-you-go credits stay as backup.

• Upgrade if needed: If you sometimes run out of credits, you can upgrade your plan, and the new allowance will start immediately (note: this will also switch you to the new no-rollover policy).

Does this affect Pay-as-you-go credits?

No. Pay-as-you-go credits still never expire.
