Hi! It's currently not possible to keep the original video sound with the free version. Unscreen Pro automatically preserves the audio track of your original video.

Lots of problem here
Time length is only 5 second but my video was 4 minutes

Hi! It's currently not possible to keep the original video sound with the free version. Free clips are limited to 5 seconds, 10 seconds if you sign up for a free account. If you would like, you can process longer clips with Unscreen Pro which will automatically preserve the audio track of your original video as well.
