cant it work in a way where white doesn't instantly mean background that would be helpful

You could record the audio, then remove the background and finally put the pre-recorded audio into the new video

My tablet is lagging and upload never finishes, I can suggest making a basic html version like Google did, it would improve performance on low end devices
