hi, this is an amazing tool to get rid of the background in videos/gifs, but recently i’ve been having a problem,everysingle time i input a clip EVEN a GIF ,it always ends up with “there was an error so the website re loaded” after that the website is completely unusable , it’s a kinda a bummer since i can literally see the processing of the video without the background but i can never seen the result

Time length is only 5 second but my video was 4 minutes
Sound is deleted here from video

Hi! It's currently not possible to keep the original video sound with the free version. Free clips are limited to 5 seconds, 10 seconds if you sign up for a free account. If you would like, you can process longer clips with Unscreen Pro which will automatically preserve the audio track of your original video as well.
